begs for help

strength hides hurt

a subtle whisper

brave, honest, empathetic

but the truth is, she’s scared

because it all might be true.

she can’t comprehend

that someone can see all the good,

not care about the bad.

he can see past all of it

theough all the hurt, regrets, and walls.

seeing her for who she really is

Long sleepless nights

the heartache is too much

thinking about the love

i wish we could have.

whiskey out the bottle

cant hide the pain.

lying still, restless thoughts

knowing you’re happy

with somebody else.

to evade my grasp.

everyday, a smile appears
